Needs attention

• Fleet P&L: only the Taurus collects via Stripe — 2026-W28 Fleet PnL (fleet is 9 active vehicles; the Kia Forte SNA7012 flagged as "new" is SwiftRide-deleted since 2026-06-10 — confirm with Nabil before adding a vault note). W28 is day 1: $0 collected, Taurus $400 bills ~Jul 9. The other 8 earn off-Stripe/idle → ~$2,221/wk rent invisible. Fix: per-vehicle Stripe subscriptions (like the Taurus) or log Zelle/cash weekly; enter insurance premiums (still $0 in SwiftRide).
• Bizzle appears down — email-ops service built but no Slack activity; verify/deploy on Coolify (Bizzle Email Ops)
• Connect Gmail (/mcp) — complements Bizzle for interactive mail search (AgentOS Automation Roadmap)
• Tripsynk launch push (target 2026-07-07) — Tripsynk Launch Board: tripsynk.com LOST to squatter → launching on sabrontravels.com (DNS cut over); web code current but prod schema never migrated (zero GH secrets); mobile EAS prod env would ship localhost + exposed OpenAI key. Nabil-gated: launch-secrets session + store records.
• SwiftRide security debt: driver-role isolation is client-side only
• Verify the first Morning Briefing Slack DM arrived (runs daily 8:00 AM Lagos)
