• Kia Forte correction: the morning run's "new vehicle" was a soft-deleted SwiftRide record (deleted_at 2026-06-10), not a live addition. Fleet count stays at 9. It's still not in Fleet/Vehicles/, and if it's actually back in service, that needs confirming with Nabil directly — SwiftRide's own deleted flag can't be taken as authoritative either.
• Insurance is still $0 across the fleet in SwiftRide (current_week_insurance_expenses returns $0 total for every one of the 9 vehicles; rates unpopulated). The week's active/inactive-day split is tracked, but with a $0 rate it produces $0 cost — so true net cannot be computed for any vehicle.
