Outcome (definition of done): Nabil runs his work through this vault daily — capture lands in Inbox, Claude processes it, the morning briefing covers inbox + calendar, and nothing needs re-explaining between sessions.

Why now: context was scattered across chats; this makes it durable and operable.

Skill roadmap (from 2026-07-04 workflow audit)

All four fleet workflows are real and recurring; building in this order:

1. fleet-pnl — built 2026-07-04 (.claude/skills/fleet-pnl/). Blocked on data capture: needs vehicle notes.
2. fleet-status — every vehicle's state, maintenance, renewals (needs same vehicle data)
3. driver-payouts — period payouts with discrepancy flags
4. auction-shortlist — ranked buy candidates with comps and ROI

Later (Level 3/4 — partners/team will use this): web UI with buttons wired to skills via headless claude -p. Build only after ≥2 skills are proven in weekly use.

Tasks

• Open the vault in Obsidian (2026-07-04)
• Capture the fleet: add a note per vehicle from Templates/Vehicle.md, or drop the fleet spreadsheet into 20 Areas/Business/Fleet/Raw/ and ask Claude to import — unblocks fleet-pnl
• Drop last week's Uber/Lyft earnings CSVs into Fleet/Raw/
• Run the first P&L: in the vault, tell Claude "run fleet-pnl"
• Verify first Morning Briefing DM arrived on Slack
• Connect Gmail + Google Calendar at https://claude.ai/customize/connectors, then have Claude upgrade the briefing routine
• Answer the metrics question in LotLogistics — unlocks the next auto-research loop on a real business number
• After a week: review whether the folder structure fits, prune what's unused
